The African Games Coproduction Market is supported by the German Federal Foreign Office and organized by SpielFabrique in partnership with the Goethe Institute.
SpielFabrique is looking for African video game studios looking to grow the business of their own IP and collaborate with European Studios. This activity is aimed at providing education and solutions through a selective market dedicated to promising African studios and to European studios that are open to cooperation. A market that takes the shape of a platform to connect, showcase, network, and interact between studios, institutions, publishers, and financiers.
This call is open to all video games studios based in Africa? This opens up avenues to professionalize local African game design and development businesses and get in touch with high-classes international video games industry experts in Europe and Africa. This initiative is supported by strong companies, like Orange or Ubisoft.
The call for projects is open between the 23rd of September and the 24th of October, 2021.
